The goal of this fundraiser :

As PA moves into the Green Phase, The PGH Food Bank anticipates and is preparing to serve an increased need for at least the next 12 to18 months. To serve all of Pittsburgh’s residents in need, the food bank and other organizations that we donate to will need the kind help of our districts in order to fund their food donation programs. Through this fundraiser, Upper St. Clair, South Fayette and Peters Township will hold a fundraiser in order to raise money for the PGH Food Bank and other Food Pantries. We plan on having a combined goal of $15,000. Each district will be having its own donation platform and if you are part of one of the districts mentioned above, you can go to your specific district’s page on this website to see how the money donated will help the residents of your district.

Free Grocery Delivery Service

Our mission is to coordinate volunteers to deliver groceries to Pittsburgh residents who are at a high risk of contracting COVID-19. These people may include busy doctors, senior citizens and people with pre-existing conditions. This service will have no extra delivery fee making it very accessible for everyone. It is completely FREE to use!

There are 2 google forms linked below. Both google forms detail the process of this service and allow you to sign up either to be a volunteer or to receive the service.

About the grocery delivery project

This is a high school project started in Upper St. Clair. The Community foundation of Upper St. Clair gave us a $250 grant to start this service. If you want to donate to our cause, please email us. Thanks for all the support!
